ok...

so i lied. no, a church lady lied, which is even worse. my big event is actually taking place on wednesday, so till then, my friends, you'll have to keep guessing.

sucks, i've been thinking of all the things i wanted to write about, but now my mind is blank...so this is sort of a pointless entry. but here's what im doing for the next two days: tour of the NORTH!

wait i have two things to say. first, i owe an email to mom, dad, twinkle, alesia, and grandpa and grandma. sorry, i had no time! next few days, i promise. also, i went to solano to buy hannah and joyce some islanders, and the same saleslady helped me as last time. so we said hello again, la ti da, and then after i paid and was leaving, she goes "goodbye, ma'am-sir!". ok, if you're not filipino, you don't know this, but here all customer service people at the mall or at a fast food restaurant dont try to guess your gender. they say both to be safe. it just made me laugh because she even spent time joking around with me, and i've bought stuff from her twice, and STILL, she calls me ma'am-sir. i guess i cant blame her...its an automatic reply, like when you accidently answer "oh, i'm fine" when someone says "what's up?".

oh hey, and i thought of something else. you know at mass or church services in the states, when communion is happening, how people go up row by row calmy and patiently? ho ho ho...not here dude. i didn't remember that from last time, but when its time for communion, watch out! its a free for all with fist fights and hairpulling! well, at least a little gentle nudging and cutting in front of people. i've learned to be tougher and not let people push me out of line. how do you do it? you just move your body where it needs to go; who cares if you need to step into others' bubbles...they dont exist here.

so thats my difference for the day. it always makes me smile. oh, and the other day i was on the phone with aires outside the tumaliuan's house, and the neighborhood pubescent donut vendor rode by on his bike yelling "DO-NAUGHT!" and man, i know you cant hear it, but PLEASE tell me to do an impression when i get home. i laugh so hard whenever i hear it because it makes me never want to eat donuts again! he sounds like a 13 year old Gollum. poor kid. i have been dared to buy a donut next time i see him, so ill let you know if i can pull off imitating him to his face! hm..maybe....

and geez, i leave in 7 short days, so the time has come for me to have a little vacation. haha! i mean more vacation. uncle vic, uncle ted, lola fely, auntie essel, and i are driving to baguio, vigan, then around the northern coast to a place called Blue Lagoon. Did i already say that? well, im bragging because i cant WAIT to swim in the ocean (but only in the shallow part because im afraid of sharks). ill take lots and lots of pics for you:)!

soooooo...thats it. i kept it short because i dont think people like to read long bloggies! peace ya'll, hang loose and ride the waves, cowabunga! im a ninja turtle, and splinter is still my master (couldnt get rid of the squeakers). rats!
